We are so glad you are considering a visit to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Edmond, Oklahoma. We know that walking into a new church can be intimidating, and our goal is to make your first visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
When you arrive, please introduce yourself to one of the greeters at the door. They can help orient you to the building and help you find a seat. They’ll also encourage you to join us in the Parish Hall after service, where we gather to visit. We’d love to meet you and answer any questions you have.
Service Style: Our services feature liturgical worship based on the Book of Common Prayer. The core elements of our worship are teaching, singing, prayer, giving, and the Eucharist – Holy Communion with bread and wine. Our choir sings traditional hymns, accompanied by organ or piano.
Duration: Our services typically last 60–75 minutes.
What to Wear: Feel free to come as you are! You'll see a wide variety of styles, from casual to dressy.
